PRK Consultation

At the office of Dr. Alexandra Chebil, we will perform a FREE comprehensive eye examination to ensure you are eligible for laser vision correction. Your pre-operative assessment is the first visit of your laser vision correction process. At this stage, we will determine your candidacy, and if you meet the criteria, we will advise you which vision solution best suits your eyes, to ensure the best possible results are achieved.

Before arriving for your consultation, please review the simple instructions below.
Please anticipate that this visit will last about 1 hour.

Prior to your visit, please complete our Patient Information Form which can be downloaded here. If you are unable to complete the sheet in advance, it can be completed when you arrive at the clinic.

If you wear contact lenses, please either wear your glasses for the consultation or bring along your contact lens case and cleaning solution.
