Evolysse™ filler for smile lines
Evolysse™ is a collection of hyaluronic acid fillers from Evolus, the company behind Jeuveau®. In 2025 the FDA approved Evolysse™ Smooth and Evolysse™ Form to correct smile lines, the folds from nose to mouth.
Cold-X technology
A manufacturing process designed to preserve the natural structure of the hyaluronic acid.
Two formulas
Smooth and Form have different firmness, so the right one depends on the depth of the fold.
Lidocaine included
A numbing agent is built into the gel for comfort.
In its U.S. clinical trial, Evolysse™ was compared side by side with an established hyaluronic acid filler and showed a similar safety profile.

Evolysse™ in Newport Beach: common questions
Something else on your mind? Send us a text and our team will answer.
What makes Evolysse different from other fillers?
Evolysse™ is made with Cold-X technology, a process designed to preserve the natural structure of the hyaluronic acid. The aim is smooth, natural-looking, long-lasting correction.
Is Evolysse FDA-approved?
Yes. The FDA approved Evolysse™ Smooth and Evolysse™ Form in February 2025 for the correction of smile lines (nasolabial folds).
How long does Evolysse last?
Like other hyaluronic acid fillers, results last months. In its clinical study, Evolysse™ Smooth still outperformed the comparison filler at nine months.
Does Evolysse hurt?
Lidocaine is built into the gel and numbing cream is applied first, so most patients feel only pressure and quick pinches.
How much does Evolysse cost in Newport Beach?
It is priced by the syringe, and the number depends on your folds. You get an exact quote at your consultation.
What is the difference between Evolysse Smooth and Evolysse Form?
Both are hyaluronic acid gels approved for smile lines, with different concentration and firmness. Smooth is the softer gel and Form the firmer one, so the choice depends on the depth of your folds.
Can Evolysse be dissolved?
Yes. Like other hyaluronic acid fillers, Evolysse™ can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if needed.
Is Evolysse safe?
It is FDA-approved. In its U.S. clinical study, its safety profile was similar to the established filler it was compared with, and most side effects were mild to moderate, such as swelling, bruising and tenderness.
Do you see patients from outside Newport Beach?
Yes. Our office at 4740 Von Karman Ave. is close to the 405 and easy to reach from across Orange County, including Irvine, Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach.
